*REMEMBER TO PRESS APPLY AFTER FINISHING* This is how to make folders on any ipod touch using iOS4. It is fairly simple. Just drag an app into another one. Drag the app out of the folder to remove the folder. I did it on PC because it would be better quality video though same principles apply doing it straight on the ipod homescreen.
