It's faster with two cores, has an improved 8MP camera with some spruced up optics, has two antennas, and has Siri. Many were disappointed that Apple didn't announce a new iPhone 5 at their keynote a few weeks ago, but the iPhone 4S is likely to be a huge seller because it improves upon a phone that is already one of the best.
